In order to put your order in process, we need your signature. Please understand that as mediators, we neither exchange nor refund ticket orders.

For this, a completely filled order form will be generated at the last step of your order. After you have printed the form from your browser, you will yust need to sign and to send it to us by fax or by post.

Tickets are usually dispatched within four weeks by cash upon delivery. Exceptions are made for some events (e.g. Formula One Grand Prix) as the organizers supply the tickets only a few weeks before an event takes place. In such a case, you will receive a confirmation from TICKET & TOUR first.
